Inside Bourbon & Branch, at the Wilson & Wilson is the most elevated bar experience that we offer. This is the fine bar for the folks on the hunt for the rarest of the rare spirits. Our most accomplished bartenders hold court at the Wilson. It’s a cosy space, an intimate experience, offering reservations for 1 to 4 guests at a time. The Wilson has a separate experimental cocktail menu from the Main Bar, and presents delightful libationary treats.
